Maya Bishop remembers being iced out by her team, she remembers being on the verge of breaking down every shift as the new captain of 19, and she most definitely remembers wanting to get away from all the noise, and so she ran, ran towards an open captain position in LA and it might've been the best decision she had ever made. But now? now it had been 5 years since she had seen the people she once called family. So what happens when she takes a job in Seattle as their new battalion chief. Carina Deluca and Maya Bishop were never people to believe in love at first sight. What happens when they meet each other at Grey-Sloan Memorial and they know that they want to be with each other forever, and always, but their circumstances are exactly perfect? Forgive me if the story is bland or not very good :(

What if Carina hadn't gotten pregnant on the first try? What if the buried grief left from the 51-50 breakdown started to surface? - A tension filled peek into the DeLuca-Bishopverse featuring pissed off Carina and Dumb Dumb Maya.
