Nicte Canek is an ancient Mayan fairy in hiding. He mustn't tell anyone in fear of getting hunted down and captured. While living amongst humans in a small town in the middle of Maine, Nicte comes across two new faces and takes interest. Lucien Sullivan and Elijah Keats come in search for answers. Curiosity, uneasiness and suspicion spark quickly between the three men. Deep down, something tells Nicte that Lucien and Elijah aren't exactly human ... With that in mind, keeping his secret hidden from them now becomes more and more difficult. WARNING! This is a mxmxm(malexmalexmale) story!

This story follows the fate of a simple high-school girl, in a town isolated by the American government. Why one town in particular? The answer being, because it housed nearly all gods from every major religion. Our protagonist is stricken with a disease much different than a typical virus, one called Hanahaki. A very special disease developed from love being unrequited or one-sided. It allows the growth of flowers withing the lungs and heart of the afflicted, which can eventually make the victim choke to death, drown in their own blood, or crush the organs. With the only cure being their love being returned, romantically instead of in a familial or friendship sense, will our protagonist be able to confess to save their life, allow their life to be claimed by the disease, or get surgery to be freed at the cost of feeling love? [Major disclaimer: This story is a very ambitious project of mine that came from nowhere. As a result, there was little to no research done on any religions or gods mentioned. This story may become extremely controversial, but I only intend on writing this for entertainment of others, and to gain experience for writing romance and tragedies.] [Extra disclaimer: I will not show any religion favoritism or preference, due to how controversial this story may become. My personal standpoint will remain neutral, even if one singular character may get more mentions than others. This is entirely for lore purposes and nothing else. Also, the first god mentioned is not a real god, but a fictional one created just for this story.]

Not going to be a reader insert, but it is a backstory I've been wanting to branch out from The Ruby Rider. Meet Basil. He is a very frail little child that often mistaken as a girl most times. This doesn't bother Basil, as he was not denying that the all mighty gods, The Two Suns, had created him this way for a reason. His unusual eye color, as purple as the next galaxy over, and his feminine body only adds to his frequent bulling he must endure. This shy young man of twelve years old soon comes to realize that the Hellu guards have started recruiting young boys for the war against Luna, the country just the right of Hellu. Religion Wars against whom should be the all mighty, The Older Brother Sun, Hesperides and Young Brother Sun Orion, Sun Gods or Luna, The Mystical Moon Goddess of the night. Thief attacks only worsen the problems at hand, and the empire could only hold back so much. Azuma, Basil's eldest sister, takes notice that soldiers would soon arrive to their town to collect any male that could hold a sword. Taking advantage of her brother's womenly gaze, she enrolls him into becoming an Geisha, a entertainer whom could dance, sing, prepare tea, and play harp, like his elder sisters have been taught. As he grows older, he attracts attention, and soon becomes the most popular geisha in his sisters' okiya. One day, Basil is rewarded with a package on the doorstep with a note of a secret admirer. Little did Basil know that what held inside would change his life forever.

Maya and the Three is a fantasy cartoon limited series created by Jorge Gutierrez. (Who also created the book of life.) The series is inspired by a rich, vibrant mixture of Aztec, Maya, and Inca mythology, and modern-day Caribbean culture. (Before you decide to read this story make sure you've watched the series first, trust me it'll make a lot more sense if you already seen what's going on..) (Also y/n uses they them pronouns in this story! I did this so anybody of any gender can read the story without using feminine or masculine pronouns for the reader.) Y/n is a Half human and Half god/goddess who was brought into the underworld along with their twin sister Maya. Their mother, Lady Micte, (Goddess of Death) brings them into her husbands palace, Lord Mictlan (God of War). Mictlan despises the half inbred gods, close enough to take their lives as infants, but his wife convinces him that he has the advantage of gaining ultimate power if he sacrificed one of them as they became older. They had an agreement to sacrifice Maya, but with Y/n they have different plans for them..The two gods send them up to the mortal world and wait 15 years for these two twins to grow.
