*this story has a SIMILAR plot to Good Morning Call* y/n moves into a small two bedroom apartment expecting nothing more than to continue her everyday life in college, work, sleep. but she's quickly proven wrong when she discovers that she has an unexpected roommate. she and kaminari compromise on how to keep living together as simple as possible so kaminari could make up the money to get another apartment later on. y/n begins having to deal with this change, partially putting her life in a spiral. (this story includes: mild language, fluff, eventual smut- but it's nothing too bad)

Marcus Cervidae is the son of the Duke of the North and has decided to join the secret Royal Championship. The winner can earn fame and quite a bit of money and is selected as the personal protector of the Crown Prince. Although Marcus had a wonderful life and has received an excellent education and a magnificent training in al the aspects of warfare, the opponents are all but eager to see a noble trying to take their one chance at fame and money. Marcus has no allies and he starts to regret his decision of being part of the project. When suddenly a 21st participant shows up three months into the training. Only two things are known about him. One: He used to be a slave who fought during the Gladiator Games in the South Two: his name, Nero. They find peace in each others company and Marcus and Nero establish a peculiar friendship between a Lord and a slave. They learn and grow together but only one can be crowned Champion.
