Sweetheart's personality is mostly different. So, I guess this is an AU where Captain Spaceboy and Sweetheart didn't break up/divorce (spoilers). Also, I'll be alternating between POVs.

Made up character is a farmer and helps out around a farm that Lance owns. They are the only two working there, and one ay the made up character decides to take all of his belongings and leave to travel across the land leaving Lance heart broken. Lance becomes even more heartbroken over the fact that his lover was killed by Dread Pirate Roberts(aka Keith). Knowing that his lover was killed by this man Lance tries to killed Keith as well by pushing him down a cliff, after being abducted by Dread Pirate Roberts and his crew. Lance is eventually able to push past his stubbornness and see the good in Keith. Keith, who was able to look past the hatred that Lance carried for him, saw only a beloved male who can be annoying and whiny at times , but also someone who cared for people and could almost never carry a grudge. Realizing his about Lance, Keith falls for the boy, but is unable to keep him on ship with no freedom, so he lets Lance go, who gladly accepts the offer and flees as fast as he can. However, after a few days Lance realizes the mistake that he had made and tries to find Keith. Once they reunite they tell each other how they feel, tears are shed, and emotions are let free.
