This is a limerick written specifically for a contest. Hope you like it.

May Is Moving Limerick. It's kinda sad but I don't mind. I made this sad.

I'm not a poet but I still write a lot of poetry so I guess that instead of just writing 30 different stories for every time I enter a contest, I'm going to put all my poems and other miscellaneous pieces of writing here. There aren't only contest entries in here. I'll put some little things in here from time to time. Also, it's not always poetry. Sometimes, I'll put some random stuff here because I don't know where else to put it. Anyways... enjoy!

Self expression for me is one of the most important things a person can have. Ever since I was little, it has been a dream to make people feel something through my writing. Let them know that they are not alone. Here you will find feelings poured out on a digital document. Some from aggravating days at school, others inspired from the song I was currently listening too. Thank you for reading my thoughts. Writing is such a beautiful thing that I get to be a part of.

Never mind the gap.

The poem is called "Where are the Flowers?" It's basically about if April showers came but unlike every other year the May flowers didn't bloom. It's a contest entry in Limerick style from a really good contest book that other poem books (January has Resolve, February is Subtle, March is Wordy, and April had Kindness) all came from. This one is (obviously) May is Moving, it is the newest one and is now closed! The book is in the authors note in the bottom of the story if you're interested in entering in the future! P.S I might move all of these poems into one book after this one closes!

COMPLETED (21.01.21) This is my first poem book on Wattpad. I've written poetry in different styles for contests, school-related purposes, based on something/someone, or for reflecting my thoughts. Some of these poems are a little cringe because I wrote them during times when my writing wasn't the strongest. My poems in this book have all sorts of themes/topics/genres.
