They're neighbors, schoolmates, and their parents are long time friends.They hate each other despite that their parents are very close friends. In school they keep their cool.They are inseparable, their seatmates;they've always been partnered with each other, in line, in the name list, even in school pictures. This story is centered about a seventeen year old girl named Mayumi Terada, who has just moved to Konoha along with her older brother, Deidara, in a big mansion left behind to the two of them by their late parents. This will be a typical (probably bad) teen-fic just concerning Mayumi, her brother and the friends she makes etc. Descripriton will probably be more detailed once I write a little, and figure everything out. :) And for the obvious disclaimer thingy: I do not own Naruto or any of the characters, except Mayumi who I made up myself, of course.

What will happen when Itachi Uchiha finds her bleeding body in the forest, close to death? Taking her back to the Akatsuki lair, he hopes she might have something the Akatsuki might find useful. What a coincidence? She does, but does she offer something else? And what's exactly on the Uchiha's mind? Is he the only one that has his eyes set on the rare beauty?
