In a world called Miraculous, two heroes arise from the darkness and challenge a terrorist, Hawk Moth. He has struck fear into the heart of Paris and left the entire world wondering what is going on. Even with the special forces and military going after him, the only people who seem to have a chance are these new super-powered heroes, Ladybug and Chat Noir. They quickly become Pairs's hope. But what if they weren't the only heroes chosen to fight Hawk Moth's evil? What if there were more, and the Guardian made better choices? Fighting crime as high school students can be tough, but maybe if there are more heroes, life can be a little easier. For all those people out there who are just as upset with how Miraculous has gone since season 2, I'm making an AU focused on all the heroes instead of just the protags (totally not going to be Nino and Chloe-centered... ya for sure). I'll try to keep some of the cannon new stuff, but honestly, a lot of it doesn't make sense. Basically, I'm attempting to rewrite season three and on. Moving on... the story basically starts at the end of season 1, but that's only because that's where I've changed the plot line. After that, it'll be in season 2 where the story really takes place. I might be a little unorganized and incorrect with the different akumatizations, but in all honesty, it's a little taxing trying to keep up with their way of airing episodes and making sure you're never watching them in order. Also, they are definitely high schoolers in this version. They're Juniors with real issues and they actually have lives. Can't help it, them being middle schoolers is just too unbelievable for me. Also, I don't own these characters. I'm simply on here writing what I feel is a fun direction the plotline could've easily gone with.

Miraculous Ladybug AU: In a time of mermaids and pirates, Gabriel Agreste lives with his young son, Adrien, in a seaside mansion. After the death of his wife a few years earlier, he keeps a close eye on his son, never letting him go farther than the beach on his own. Even this strict rule may change, for mermaids have become more ruthless than ever before with their new ruler, Audrey Bourgeois. Sailors have disappeared from the nearby villages, drowned for sport. Not all mermaids agree with the violence. Nathalie is one of these mermaids, though she keeps her thoughts to herself. Last time someone vocally disagreed, she'd been banished and was presumed dead. Throughout history, the Agrestes have been known for being nearly impossible to entice. With her own personal history with Gabriel, Audrey is determined to change that and formulates her own plan: lure his young son into the sea. Marinette is starting to suffer with some terrible dreams. At first, it was just normal nightmares that everyone gets once in a while. Sure, it shakes you to your core, but then you remember that it's just a nightmare and you're fine. Only, Marinette's nightmares steadily get worse, and she starts to suffer in her waking hours as well, which soon become nearly twenty four hours. And it all stemmed from a certain unfortunate incident involving a rotten blonde and the miraculous of subjection.
