Neither Ashe nor McCree have seen each other in 20 years, but in an unexpected twist of fate a train heist brings them back together in what can only be described as a violent confrontation. Ashe ends up tied up, and McCree rides into the sunset on her cherry red hoverbike, but what happens next? Where did McCree go, and what did Ashe do when she returned to her hideout? This story attempts to answer those burning questions. Based on Blizzard's Overwatch short film, 'Reunion', this short Ashe/McCree fanfiction is about what happened next. Miss Elizabeth Caledonia Ashe hadn't always been a troublemaker, but after the sudden departure of her parents, her behavior was left in her hands, and she would eventually begin to forget the feeling of being loved. Will she push Jesse's feelings away, or will she eventually begin to share the same feelings as him?

It's Christmas Eve, and Jesse McCree is alone again. While drinking his sorrows away at a bar on the U.S./Mexican border, he meets a mysterious young Latina woman, who calls herself Sombra. The unlikely pair then strike up a conversation about Christmas, lost love, and loneliness. This short story/one-shot is based on the Overwatch comic strip panel, which shows Jesse McCree and Sombra sitting in the same bar on Christmas on the Mexican-American border. It is an attempt to answer the question of what happened at the bar. Did the pair meet, and if so what did they talk about? What did they do their, and what happened next? All characters except the bartender belong to Blizzard/Overwatch, and all the writing is my own original work/headcanon. Best Rankings: #4 in vaquero #10 in oliviacolomar
