"What's your name?" "Madeline. Madeline McKinnon." I'll try and update as regularly as possible but we'll see how that goes. This is my first book so please bear with me! Hopefully my writing will get better with time but it's probably awful at the start. This follows the plot of the books and some scenes that are iconic in the films or that I just think are better. The war is breaching the walls of Hogwarts, the Death Eaters and the Order are recruiting seventh years and Gryffindor/Slytherin rivalry is at an all time high. The Marauders thought the hardest thing they would face this year would be their NEWTs or their feelings for the girls but after a Death Eater attack, they stakes are higher, Voldemort wants the seventh year Gryffindors and he and his followers are above nothing when they want something. Can the Marauders, Lily, Marlene, Emmeline and Mary stay strong or will they have to face not just war but the ultimate betrayal?

No one in her family was able to access it since it hasn't been known on how to access a gene passed down in the family if there was no letter on how. Well not until Raven found journals of her ancestor, Victoria Edwards. An old British family with wealth and unbearable mentions of great death. Only Raven had learned of all the deaths that occurred in the family and the truths behind them. The original family had covered it up in the logs at the Edwards-Gauntly estate so that no one bothered to ask why or how they died. As soon as Raven found the journals, she couldn't believe what actually happened. She was shocked to see behind all the lies the last century brought to her family. The years had been rough on her at Hogwarts since her family was made out of half bloods for generations and being a half blood witch for all of her life. It was clear that her first year at this school, unknown to muggles, was going to change her life for the possible worst or better. It all depended on what happened. Is she going to be expelled from the school or was she going to be quite the student when she becomes good friends with Lily Evans and the rest of their year? **(Slow updates.)
