Does he tell Steve that Catherine has returned home to Oahu from CIA active duty with a life threatening heart disease. Or does he let Catherine make him promise that he won't. .

After Kono's wedding, Catherine reveals a huge secret to Steve. They then take a trip to the mainland where they're relationship gets even better.

My dad calls up the stairs. "Coming dad!" I shout back while throwing my hair into a quick bun, and bounding down the staircase. "Ready, sweetheart." "Yes, sir" I replied standing a little straighter mocking the standard navy 'attention' stance. "Well then hop to it sailor."
