This is my shifting progress (I've tried shifting before, but I'm going to say it as starting today.) Fyi I did NOT create any of the methods I am using, unless I say it's my method

In this little book I'm going to be documenting my shifting journey. I thought since there was other people out there that haven't shifted yet I'd share my experiences to let them know they aren't alone. I am by no means a shifting master but I figured I'd share little things to add to your script to make your journey home as great as it can get. This is my shifting story.
