Tommy learns of Dream's escape from prison and goes searching for the Axe of Peace, finding his aggressor waiting for his victim once more. Fleeing for his life, he runs to Technoblade and Philza's resident in the North, where Phil protects the young boy from the first one to walk the server.

Technoblade comes home to a rattled teenager sleeping in his front room against his polar bear Steve and has to decide what to do next. Choosing to forgive the past at the moment, he cares for the scared Tommy and helps him begin the first few steps of healing, Technoblade asking for a hand with his daily chores to help distract the teen from his thoughts.

Ages ago all paranormal races united to form the policing faction their most promising could work for to keep the peace among races and keep their existence a secret from humanity; the Agency stepped in to protect the siblings from the same beings who hunted their father down for his abilities. This will be a story following two siblings learning to let others in to help while investigating mysterious deaths within the Agency's rankings while Eret teaches Tommy more of how to control his abilities.
