You know those weird, meaningless thoughts you get when you're on the bus, or in the shower, or when you really can't sleep? I decided to write mine down.

Those lines were meant to be hidden Loss griefing over a loved one That's no longer here Pure raw emotions They can be read in any order I don't use AI or anything else I write straight from the soul Raw feelings that pour out without control My lines may remind you about the old poets For I have read and learned and fathomed from the greats old poets from the beginning of time To all the lost souls out there who have somewhat found a way to these lines that I share with you unwillingly For these lines are meant for old souls that are trapped in a young body in modern times

Here are some poems that I've written over the years. If I happen to write more, I'll add to the list. I usually just write poems in the form of songs now, though. Since I started playing guitar, songs seem to be just about all I write.

Kylie Wren just moved to Portland, Oregon with her father so he could follow his dreams of becoming a tiny house builder. She's excited about the move, ready for a fresh start. She's starting her Junior year of high school with high hopes. When she moved she didn't leave much behind. Her mother died when of brain cancer when Kylie was 4, and life only got harder after that. As she got older she began to shut down, pushing people away. This caused her to lose the few friends she had. Starting High School was only another shove under the water for Kylie. People started ignoring her and spreading rumors. Freshman and Sophomore year was complete and utter hell. This is a short story about a character which never escapes an endless loop of confusion. Time carries on but nothing changes. This creates distraught about the future and what is going to happen and results in further complications.
