Based in the future, this story follows to teenagers Tanner Austin and Cordelia Morris who couldn't hate each other anymore than they do now. They are surprisingly similar, though no one would dare tell either that. When the New Customs kick in on each of their 17th birthdays, they are forced together. The New Customs are a set of rules that cannot be broken. They are as follows: On your 17th birthday, the men will set off to find their other half. When their half is found, they are to be wed after one week, to allow family to be there. In that week they are never to leave each other's side. You may be asking, "They're rules, surely they can be broken, right?" Wrong. These rules are more biological, it is basically instinct for the 17 year olds to go find their match. This story is on hold until I can get more ideas for it.. I have the ending set up, but I need more chapters and I don't want them to be just fillers.
