The two heroes of the Mushroom Kingdom meets two survivors of a mass genocide of a destroyed world by the humanoid robot known as Mecha Sonic. The heroes of both worlds now must join forces to stop him from requiring the seven Chaos Emeralds before all is lost.

Sonic and Shadow join forces with Mario and his friends in order to stop a threat known as Hyper Mecha Sonic, a being formed of Metal Sonic, Mecha Sonic and Silver Sonic with Metal Sonic serving as the brain. Mecha Sonic seaks the Chaos Emeralds, artifacts from Sonic's world that, when gathered together, grant the user immense power. He seaks them out for the sole purpose of killing Sonic and everything he cares about. However, it's not all that simple, as several of the Mario villains are after the Chaos Emeralds as well, meaning Mario, Sonic, Shadow, and Luigi need to gether them before Mecha Sonic, or anyone else, for that matter, manages to get their hands on them.

An alternative path of Murder DroneZ: The Blue Blur Taking on an alternative path of Murder DroneZ: The Blue Blur, during the events of the final days of Mobius, as Neo Metal Sonic and Sonic fought for the Chaos Emeralds, the Absolute Solver fired a mini NULL at them... which unintentionally struck the Chaos Emeralds, causing a chain reaction in which opened a tear through reality. It sucked in Sonic, Neo Metal, and the Chaos Emeralds before it closed, leaving Shadow all alone to fend for himself. Meanwhile, Sonic has ended up in a strange dimension. A world where most of its colors are lost, and everything seemed like paper. He would eventually stumble upon a school, called the Paper School (how ironic), and perhaps seek refugee here as he makes new friends. But he would soon discover the school held in secrets... The Multiverse is quite an expansive space, don't you think? Well, what if I told you about a world where Neo Metal Sonic was actually Organic and was much more powerful than even Sonic the Hedgehog himself? This organic being was a clone of Sonic using his DNA to create the perfect life form of overwhelming strength and will. Eggman gave this creature the name : "Y/N Robotnik". However, due to him being a clone, he didn't desire to be kept up as a cage and a slave, and Sonic's DNA within him craved freedom. After a crushing defeat, Y/N finally snapped and decided to leave the Eggman Empire to find his own path. This eventually led him to a confrontation with Sonic - the original - allowed him to come to a realization and understand as to what he truly wanted. He was Sonic, and Sonic was him, and both wanted the same thing in life - to protect others.

Mecha Sonic, who used to be Metal Sonic, travels across the multiverse to search for the Chaos Emeralds to complete his perfect transformation, but he has to go up against powerful foes first if he wants his hands on them. Will he crush them all, or will he be a black mark on the floor?

Carbons.. Carbons are both the essential and fundamental building block of organic life yet are limited, restricted and held back by their own design which is what Robotnik had realized and believes that his next creation needs to learn and grow like an organic. Much like how muscles break and return even stronger, this next creation needed to do the same. What he doesn't know is that his greatest creation will lead to the destruction of not only himself but the fate of Mobius itself..
