Born in times of war, I found myself in love... and in the dangers and trials that followed, I had to do all I could to save the one I loved, even if it meant dooming us both. This is my story.

Hi so this is a story written by one of my friends but she said i could post it on here. We had one simple rule. Never, ever go into Mr. Jones' old house...and I blew it. The only problem is that I couldn't really see why we had that rule in the first place. Mr. Jones was a regular man and he moved out of their years ago. It's just some rusty old house. The biggest danger would be a loose floorboard and if that is the only reason why we can't go over there I see no point for this silly rule. In fact, I think that there would be no reason not to go over there. Just telling me I can't makes me want to go over there even more.

Centuries ago, four factions settled among the earth. While a strained relationship was among the factions, the gods provided them an ability out of a broken medallion. With that, each faction had made it known to never interact with one another; knowing that their ability's limits were reached with the others. The fairies honed the power of air. Being able to bend one of the most important elements with ease--weather was one of the many perks that came with such power. The elves had the power to shake the earth. Dirt and grass were their muses. Being able to communicate with animals from the air above to the ground below was a skill set they mastered. The dwarfs had the delicacy to bend fire. A dangerous resource that not only destroyed everything in its wake, but healed as well. Nymphs controlled the oceans and tides; divination was part of their everyday life. While each faction was content to keep their distance, one particular nymph saw a glimpse of the world ahead of them.
