A harrowing true story set in the scene of one tragic day where a girl reflects on the previous day's events and how those events would transform her life from that day forward. Mali Evans is used to a quiet life in the countryside with her Father and younger sister. After moving from Algeria after her Mother's death three years ago, it was the only place where she could be free. But the quietest places have the loudest consequences. When tragedy strikes, Mali is forced to sit still and wait. Wait for joy to overcome the sorrow. Wait for happiness to destroy the sadness. Wait, for a miracle to happen. Whilst Mali is sat on a white chair in a bleak corridor in a place smelling of disinfectant, oblivious to what is happening, her mind replays the day before, and in one flash, a choice is born.
