A story of how I was diagnosed with Central Pain Syndrome, and how I'm coping thus far.

Bananas are generally safe to eat while taking amlodipine <ahref="https://hrpharmacyusa.com/bananas-and-amlodipine/">amlodipine</a>, and there's no well-known direct interaction between the two. Bananas can support heart health because they provide potassium and fiber, which may help overall blood pressure and cardiovascular function. However, if you also take other medications that raise potassium (such as ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or potassium-sparing diuretics) or you have kidney disease, too much potassium from foods/supplements may be a concern-ask your clinician for personalized limits. While on amlodipine, it's also wise to watch alcohol intake (can worsen dizziness/low blood pressure) and be cautious with grapefruit/grapefruit juice, which may increase amlodipine levels in some people.

Reality. To some people that word means the real world, to others that means the truth of a situation. We hurt and cry, we plead and deny but the truth of it is what we must come to terms with. My whole life was a decision on how to approach my reality, my truth. Now more than ever are people scared, hurt, in denial,and more. They have to face their reality and come to decision or face situations they wish they didn't have to. This is for the hurt, the scared, the ones who just need to talk. We do not judge, we do not hurt others purposely, we admit to our mistakes because ... The Truth Is...
