Every summer, the island of Ibiza fills with people looking to become someone else for a season. For Marco, a bartender at a cliff-top bar in Sant Josep, that is exactly the point. For four years the island has given him what he needed most: anonymity, routine, and the unspoken agreement that nobody asks questions. Then Isla Voss walks in. She is a wealthy Dutch regular who comes to Ibiza for the light, not the parties. Quietly watchful, self-contained, and carrying something she has been carrying for a long time. She orders without looking at the menu. She tips without looking at the amount. She comes back the next evening, and the one after that. What follows is a slow, charged summer of cliff-top evenings, hidden coves, and candlelit dinners in the ancient walled town. Two people who are drawn to each other in spite of themselves, circling something neither of them is quite ready to name. But Marco is keeping a secret. And the longer the summer runs, the more the secret costs him. My Summer in Ibiza is a slow-burn literary romance set against the heat and beauty of the Mediterranean. It is a novel about the person you were before, the person you became after, and whether love can survive the distance between the two.

Clara is a middle class woman who loves science, music and travelling. She made the most out of the opportunities she had in her 88 years of life. In this book, she thinks about many issues that trouble any human being. It is her final interview and her legacy to the world in 2055. Clara recalls her birth country Venezuela as a paradise. She explains how it went from a land of opportunities to a dreaded place to escape from and back to the privileged position she believes it deserved. It took much introspection and analysis of the history of Spanish speaking America for her birth country to recover. And it eventually did. Clara battled food intolerances and allergies in her mid 40s that led her to cultivate her spirit and take care of her body using bioresonance, yoga and a healthy diet. She shares her story and how she developed The Wave, a movement for empathy to listen to people's struggles as they recovered from health issues. It started after she went into solopreneurship and failed. She discovered it was not her path and it's not for everyone. Clara shares other impressions from her adoptive island too. Unlike her young birth country, this is a land with a very rich ancient history that explains why it was divided for 50 years during her lifetime. There is a positive outcome to the long lasting political problem and the island is finally reunited. Even a case of greedy bankers is mentioned and how one of the perpetrators goes through a process of shift in values. Not all members of Clara's family acknowledge the benefits of a movement like The Wave, they enrich the plot with their own unique views and personalities. If you want to have a positive vision of humanity's future, you can find it in this multicultural family. Apart from being trilingual, they also lived in Australia, a land where they created memories they very much cherish. Novel available at: http://www.amazon.co.uk/kindle/dp/B0176G0HJE/

Osman has a secret. A secret he's kept a mystery. A mystery that is unsolvable, or it was until that night. Meera, a History student with a passion for poetry and all things beautiful never dreamed that someone would catch her eye save for Marco, her longtime crush, but one night the moment before midnight she's caught in a chase with the very man that did so; Osman. Osman, the kind smiling flirt who's beloved by all who know him is heedlessly pursued and Meera is entangled in it by bad timing, and even worse luck. Osman watches Meera from across the room, mentally noting the way the shadows and light sit on her face, like a painter seeking to capture the very essence of their subject. He's sure he must be mistaken, she cannot know - it would be impossible- but when their eyes meet his heart pitches because if he were to complete the portrait and paint her eyes they'd tell one clear story- she knows.

Wealth, fame, and power, these were the things any pirate dreamed of. Captain Alexander Asfour had them all. And yet, they were never enough for a blood-thirsty captain whose cunning was matched only by his ruthlessness. Until a violent storm forced his ship into the harbour of a Mediterranean city for repairs, Alexander did not expect fate to be waiting on land. He met James, a talented fencer, a gifted storyteller, and a man whose strange delicate charm seemed to quiet the fire raging in Alexander's heart and make him for once reflect on what his soul truly desires beyond gold and reputation. Or so he believed. Because James was hiding a secret woven from lace and powdered wigs, diamonds, and arranged marriages, a secret tied to a princess who vanished one stormy night, last seen by the harbor's edge. Between duty and desire, honour and survival, and the treacherous pull of the sea, love found a crack in which to bloom. But when the truth rises like a storm tide, will Alexander put his pride aside ,or will he seal his heart forever against the most dangerous force of all. In early 13th century, Latin invaders came on their flying galleys and conquered the defenceless Byzantine Empire. Forty years later, a fragile peace between the victorious nobles is maintained by way of anemo regattas, races of flying boats, with the winner granted any wish that is in the Emperor's power to deliver. Ikaria is not a Latin - she's a half-Greek daughter of a brilliant anemo engineer, and a genius of the science herself; her dream is to one day win the great regatta of Egriponte, the most prestigious of all competitions - but the commoners have just been banned from taking part in the races. To realise her dream, she must ally with a nobleman - a mysterious Greek turncoat, Mikhael.

Hello everyone! As always, Peter Schneider is here. I managed to lose weight by trying a really unknown method and as a result, it is possible that this post will be deleted quickly. This new method is a real breakthrough in nutrition . Many nutritionists are desperate to hide this method because it would be detrimental to them if everyone knew about it. I have invested a lot of time and money myself tormenting myself with diets, workouts and personal trainers. But nothing worked for me . I found another solution that was so simple and accessible I found it hard to really believe Now I want to share this secret with everyone who has problems with obesity and their health. Here's my story: I've always loved eating decent food. I've been overweight since I was a child. My favorite place to eat junk food was when I was watching TV after work. My wife didn't really like that, but she never actively complained either. But when I turned 25 , my body started to get really bigger, especially my stomach. I didn't even notice how I was really getting bigger. I looked like a fat pig. At 33 , I weighed 125 pounds, which is 46 pounds were more than my normal weight.

Ryanne Ross is a young, American novelist and in her artistic impulsion, she decides to spend a year in a no name village in the south of France to work on her next book. Although it takes her some time to get used to the nonchalant mentality of the local folk, or the smell of fish, the rapid way of speaking or for how long a "real" french baguette needs to stay in the oven, she is strangely intrigued by the atmosphere and people around her, especially the quiet woman at the hostelry who leaves cryptic notes on her napkins for breakfast coffee. Ryanne promised to never fall in love again... • started: march 25 2020

The motionless car stood sideways across the road with its four doors wide open. A road accident? Moving nearer, nobody was visible either in the car or on the roadway. The engine was running and its headlights were bright, but there was no sign of another vehicle or an obstruction the car could have hit. If not a traffic accident, then what had happened? I was taking my daily early morning run, normally uneventful, along a straight, flat tarmacked 'agricultural road' that led three kilometres out of the Spanish village as far as the shore of the Mar Menor inland sea. When the summer heat became this oppressive, runs proved feasible only during the darkest hour just before dawn. Other than an occasional farmer on his tractor, the roads were empty at that time of day as village life did not awaken until ten o'clock. Something about the car up ahead of me was definitely not right.
