Eloise wakes up in a caged elevator surrounded by boxes of supplies. When the elevator stops the lid is opened above her and she sees where she will spend the rest of her life. The Glade. With no memory she is forced to stay with all boys, who seem to very clumsy. She is given the job as a Med Jack due to her gentle nature but also her smarts.

After waking up in the Glade with no memories, Evelyn quickly bonds with Thomas, who helps her navigate the strange new world. As their connection grows, she begins to experience vivid flashbacks of moments with Thomas from before the Maze-moments of warmth, laughter, and love. Together, they uncover that their bond isn't coincidence but a carefully orchestrated part of WCKD's experiment. Their love becomes their strength as they fight to escape the Maze and take control of their destiny.

A girl who was sent into the Maze a year before Thomas and Teresa arrived, she became respected by the Gladers as she helped around with farming and occasionally helping the med-jacks. Newt becomes to almost a fatal injury from an accident in the maze, she helps him to only reveal much more in the counting weeks. Months roll by as she finds herself becoming a med jack and ends up feeling more trapped every day that passes. Her feelings for Newt grew and the dependability on her from the Glader's pushed more and more. But one Thomas arrived, everything changed. She discovers she's part of a plan bigger than she and any Glader could ever imagine.

It's hard in the Glade as the only girl but your best friend Mihno helps you get by. Over time things start to get worse in the Glade but but an old friend might just be able to make it better.
