This is a story that is an epilogue of the short story of one of the books of the series 'The Medoran Chronicles' called Happy Kaldoras Christmas. If you haven't read it yet please do since it is very good and is like a story about a kaldoras after the big war.

This is a 2nd gen story btw! This story was created mostly with the help of @drewcjade When Headmaster Marselle invites Eraeya to Akarnae Academy, she thinks she's going to spend the year searching for answers about her past and the girl with the turquoise eyes. But when the subject of being summoned, a Gift competition, and a girl with almost the complete opposite Gift catches her gaze, her school year gets even more interesting. This fic WILL include some characters from the original series, The Medoran Chronicles and those characters belong to Lynette Noni. Lora and Thylli belong to @drewcjade Caspian belongs to Shady (I can't find her Insta anymore and I don't know if she had Wattpad) Any characters I didn't list, or aren't in the main series are mine. Kaiden plans an amazing engagement for Alex, does something goes wrong or very right? The story of how Kaiden and Alex got engaged. Some Kailex fanfic with some Jordix, and whatever Bear and Declan's ship is (I can never remember there name 😬). It also has Xira and includes Soraya and some of the Meyrains.

Alex thought she was going to have a normal combat lesson, but within the first ten minutes, she was proven wrong. When Karter told the class that they were going on a feild trip for their assessment, Alex didn't believe it. Why would grouchy harsh Karter ever take them anywhere outside the arena, let alone outside the school grounds? But Karter was telling the truth, Alex realised as he smashed open a bubble door and pushed them through. Now, Alex and the combat boys must overcome a number of combat related tasks to get back to the Academy with only their minds and the cloths on their backs. Expect some Kailex!

Hi, I'm Cara, the author, and I really hope you enjoy this. So far this is just a prologue, but I am currently writing more so please follow this if you enjoy it! As much as Jordan loved the lack of a curfew and no one being around, except for Dix, to monitor his behaviour, he still hoped he could come back to Akarnae soon, just to use the Rec Room, even if it was only for the good snacks. It's Kaiden's 5th year at Akarnae, but hopefully not his last. He has spent years focussed on earning an apprenticeship, so he can follow the family tradition and become a Warden. But the more time he spends around Alex, the more he realises his future might not be as straight forward as he always thought.
