Medrian Stories

Have you ever been in love? Horrible, isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable, and you get your hopes up so easily. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defences, you build a whole suit of armour, so that nothing can hurt you, and it works. Then this one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, just so happens to wander into your stupid life... and you give them a piece of you. And when they leave, it hurts. It hurts too much.
