Accused as a thief, Nile Prísh is provided the task to steal a diamond ring. In return, his boss would never turn him in, and provide him with pandime, a currency in which Nile lacked. However, Nile disagrees, and is required to sacrifice his entire home as he flees to Prisca, a region famous for their real estate. Though extreme circumstances drive him away from his attempts to lead a normal, stable life, Nile forgoes a talent in which he thrives on: the ability to control the weather. Through natural disasters and meeting new individuals with fuzzy backgrounds, he remembers an identity that he lost long ago, and fights for a future that he was always meant to have.
