This is fanfiction based on the characters of Murtasim Khan and Meerab Waqas Ahmad Khan. The story picks up from the angry confrontation between Meerab and Murtasim on the night of Mariyam's bridal send-off.

My take on what could have happened after Meerab sees Haya and Murtasim together. 💔

He was born to rule; on land and high in the skies. She, it seemed, was born to reign over him. He had defied all odds in his life. She was hell-bent on deifying him. Murtasim Shahnawaz Khan's destiny had been written for him; to take over his family's ancestral seat as a feudal lord and live his life for the people. He'd altered destiny. A man of iron-clad principles, he'd silenced all who dared to question him by becoming Khan Murtasim Khan and Captain Khan simultaneously. He did his duty and indulged in his passion. Why did he have to choose one? He made the rules after all... Meerab Waqas Ahmed didn't like rules. Especially ones made to control her, or any woman for that matter. Out with the old, in with the 'whatever the hell I want to do' was the way it worked in Meerab's world. If this meant deifying family tradition to pave her own way in the world, then she was willing to pay the price for her independence. They say if you play with fire, you're bound to burn, but doesn't ice burn the warm-blooded too? Fire and ice went hand in hand, just like desire and destruction. Arranged marriage- i have always thought that it is beautiful.. sometimes scary.. but it is.. though we all.. i mean younger generation prefer love marriages (even i do😜) but the simplicity of arranged marriage is so pure that it takes my heart away every time i read about it.. being brought up in a family where there are almost all arranged marriages.. i know how the love and compatibility progresses.. sooo.. you already know how much i love marriage fanfics.. so here i am with another 'arranged' marriage fanfic..

Murtasim is a feudal lord but in this modern time, he lives in the city instead of the village. Meerab is the daughter of another rich feudal lord of the village. And in this village, there's an enemy of this family. Who's known as Mukkha Don. He is as rich as these feudal lords. To get to know about my plot you may check this out.

Betrayal always hurts. But when the traitor is your own heart, you can do nothing but follow its whims. And as she stood in the hospital corridors with a heart now yearning for the man behind the closed doors, all Meerab could do was beseech her God and destiny to keep his heart beating. She had just started to fall, trusting him to catch her. Won't it be too cruel for the fates to snatch him away when their journey has just begun?

Note: The plot of this fanfiction is different from the original one. The character's name and some traits will be the same as the original one but the rest is my own creation. Meerab and Murtasim are cousins who are grown up in the same Haveli and they are each other's best friends but what will happen when Meerab gets to know that her best friend is moving to Australia for his studies. Will the distance grow them apart or will it make them realize their true feelings? The story of tere bin started with a girl do not know reality about her parents and after she(Meerab) got to know about waqas and aneela not being her parents she started hating and talking rudely with them....but can someone really unlove the person who brought up him/her as a child, fulfilled all the wishes??.....This anecdote is showing what Meerab really feels about waqas as a father after marriage as she realises his role and realisation comes with a tragedy.....It will also show how love can reduce the the pain of a deep wound whose scare will remain their till the doom's day.
