After the events of puzzlevision, the whole crew thinks that Mr Puzzles is died.. Even Smg4 thinks so.. but he's not died.. He wants to take revenge on the crew.. so he chooses smg4 as his victim and torments him every day and night with nightmares and illusions of him thinking he sees Mr puzzles but its all an illusion..
