A research center of captive Gibbons in a current study on the cognitive effects of marijuana long term use hold a discussion. On this particular day they watch as the laboratory's sign is changed to reflect a new mission. The youngest Gabriella becomes upset what this means for them. All born in captivity, they are entertained with TV. A program hosts an offensive guest attributing the whole purpose of the Creator's intention for humanity to do at will. The eldest Gibbon Maximillian forces a discussion to put Gabriella at ease. In the process they discuss humankind's happiness given this special place, why are they destroying everything out of greed. They come to a conclusion from the title.

A dystopian space novella created for the ONC Open Novella Contest 2023, the story is set in the rock-bound space surrounding the Terran solar system at the edge of interstellar space. The story's origin is set in the 21st Century at the death of Wilhelm (Bill), the last living male member of a North American old-money family the De Schmittenveres. And it climaxes at the peak of the corporate conglomerate era and charts the impact of Bill's death on the solar system as the future corrupt business system model implodes to reveal a secret about the space-bound employees which defies imagination.

So, I decided to make a story of undertale. Before you read you have to know that all content in here are created by me, if for some reason you find something created by someone else, tell me so I could change it before arguing. You know that there's 'lots of undertale Alternate Universes and I don't know all of them. Enjoy~
