When Felix King's parents suddenly quit their jobs so they can move across the country to some unknown town, Felix is not happy. But there's more to this town than meets the eye. Less than a day after moving in, weird things start happening. And when Felix finds a recent photo of a girl that no one remembers, things go from bad to worse. There's a mystery in this town and Felix is determined to solve it, but what he finds will change his life forever. Where Things are Forgotten is recommended for people fourteen plus, due to some violent scenes that some people may find disturbing. Highest Rating: 205th in Science Fiction - 11/04/2016 *NOTE: this is a rough draft. It is not perfect, I know it isn't, and most of it has not been edited. You have been warned.*

The People in Charge are the only ones who've ever shown me affection, but they're gone most days, leaving me all alone. Sometimes I get lucky, though, and while they're away I find a friend in the halls of this big empty house. We have lots of fun together, my Friend and I. But it always ends the same way. With me alone once again, and with them dead on the floor. "...Full of creativity and wonder. It kept me in suspense until the very end with that brilliant "ah-ha" moment." ~anonymous "Made me look at things in a new light" ~ @Maxrialb " @MeghanSheila has given us a surprising twist through her interpretation of an 'AU'. This short story was mysterious, inquisitive, and all around got you thinking about what is going on in the life of the main protagonist. She has taken the time and liberty into making possibly one of the best short stories of our generation! Exceptional job @MeghanSheila ! " ~ @gary_the_lizard Hey, Wattpadians! This is a short story I wrote for a local contest a few months ago, and I'm pleased to say that it won first place! So, in celebration of one whole year on Wattpad (Yay!) I figured that it'd be cool to share this with you guys! Enjoy!
