Ayanokouji Kiyotaka's second chance at life gets off to a questionable start when he tricks a goddess into accompanying him to a fantasy world.
His plan was simple: use her divine powers as a strategic advantage, keep a low profile, and maybe finally figure out what "living normally" means without his father's influence.
Reality proves less cooperative. The goddess Aqua is situationally powerful and stupid. She attracts trouble like a magnet, spends their money on alcohol, and has made it her personal mission to build a cult following in every town they visit. The "low profile" plan dies within the first week.
Now Ayanokouji finds himself managing a party of increasingly bizarre individuals in a world that runs on RPG logic, where his carefully honed manipulation skills are being tested by opponents ranging from giant frogs to his own teammates. The Demon King is supposedly a threat, but the truth is, keeping his party from killing himself seems like the more pressing concern.
He survived the White Room. He can survive this.
Probably.
