It's been years since the Global Burnout. Life for most has returned to normal without the lingering threat of the Promare hanging over their heads, but for the Extinguished the loss of their burdon, and their entire identity, has taken its toll. Life moves on, but can Lio Fotia do the same?

Queen Aldineshka rules a powerful kingdom by herself, and surprisingly, she's happy... well, most of the time. She's stuck with her (annoying) animal companion, Meis the crow. But when she accidentally turns Meis into a human, maybe things will get a little more interesting for our solitary queen.

The battle against Kray and his intentions have ended, and all seems hopeful for Promepolis. However it is not the same for Lio Fotia the former leader of the mad burnish. Lio should be open to living without his powers but how can you change your whole life in the blink of an eye?
