Being a fan of a trendy gacha game about racing horse girls based on real life race horses is not the weirdest thing in your life. But having to deal with the characters of that said game that somehow ended up in the real world? That's a whole new level of weirdness. Follow the story of a teenage boy taking care of these Umamusumes as they navigate the real world and hopefully, try to find a way back to their home world while discovering their real life counterparts. (P.S: Umamusume: Pretty Derby does not belong yo me as it belongs to their rightful owners.)

Y/N L/N, a brand new trainer at Tracen Academy and a long-term fan of Uma Racing, is given the opportunity to create a team and a name for himself. Among those at the academy, Mejiro McQueen is one of the few to be taken under Y/N's wing, which results in more than just training. With a new goal and job, Y/N is expected to produce results. Can he live up to the trainers of the past? Or will his newfound career and dream end early? ------ This is going to be my first attempt at writing something non-cringeworthy in years. Uma Musume is fantastic!!!! It has inspired me as an athlete to beat my records and be the best and I really love this anime. Anyways enough about me fangirling, let's get into the story! I also wanna mention I'm not into horse racing politics and how it goes and I did my best to be accurate with what happened in the series but I can't be perfect in what happens to horse girls in debut races and stuff, so please don't judge.
