Sidney was adventurous and ambitious. She spent everyday outside, to excited for sunscreen, and sunglasses. Until she was diagnosed with a type of skin cancer called Melanoma. Even though she has a 96% chance of survival, she breaks down. What if she can't get through this? What if, even though there's a 4% chance of death, she dies? Will her god protect her, even when she has to faith.

Still grieving Naomi's father's death, her mother did the best to keep her happy Two years later, they live on an island, but not a normal one? No, instead, this island has special origins that Naomi and her younger brother, Aatami, will figure out.

After finishing her high dose of chemo the cancer starts to shrink and little by little her hair and normality comes back. Her life was just bunches of doctors and hospitals untold she met Jacob Matthews who also had cancer when he was fifteen and had series of skin grafts from melanoma skin cancer. Unlike anybody else Jake understands Kendra in a way that nobody else can. But she don't want to get close to him because she is afraid he will wake up on a normal day and she will be gone. And out of the world and all he will have left is memories. But it didn't work. Kendra starts acting like a normal teen and sneaking out during the night without her parents knowing until a flare up causes a car crash lands her in the hospital. Will Jake ever be able to forgive himself? And will Kendra fight hard enough for her life to live?
