If Sam & Max were to ever be in Smash Bros. (huge asterisk on "if") I picture them having their own conversational segment. You know, something akin to Snake's Codecs or Palutena's Guidance. And thus, we have the Freelance Police Inspection. In it, our lawfully dubious duo gives their two-cents on each and every fighter in the latest Smash Brothers roster. Some informative, others not so much. Or at all for that matter. (All things considered, this was a pretty refreshing writing exercise I gave myself. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.) Disclaimer: This is a simple parody featuring characters I do not own. Both Sam & Max and Super Smash Bros. belong solely to respective owners, Steve Purcell and Masahiro Sakurai.

Edwin Sung was unceremoniously ditched by his lab partner, his laboratory was ransacked and cleared, and he had but a cent to his name. In the year 2364 AD, his skills were ancient, replaced by computers. For 5 years, Sung had to sleep on the streets. That is, until he ran into a recruitment leaflet with a very familiar tone. Now, he has a new mission as Navis Wan - To dig his lab partner out, and beat the living shit out of them! What then? Who knows? Who CARES?! And so now he finds himself in a deathmatch arena, where to accumulate fame and wealth, he must strive to be the last man on the field. Easy, right?

The world is full of truth and lies, where people can find their new beginning at the end. The change has already begun and will proceed to change more from where it started. Would you still have a light to fight for, or would you succumb to the reality that fate had thrown at you? "Hypothetically, if I ate the poison that's already expired, would I die?" Aleix asked. Silence followed. "Bobo ka ba?" someone questioned. "I am just ask-" protested by Aleix but is quickly interrupted by a nearby shout. "Punyeta! Did you fucking eat it bro?!" shouted by the red head. "Well..." Aleix hesitated to answer. "Are you fucking serious?" someone replied in a deadpanned manner as all this conversation is getting more and more absurd by a minute it goes on. "I didn't eat it!" Aleix hurriedly denied. Again. Silence followed. "But, I was thinking about it..." Aleix nervously whispered while fidgeting in place. "Aleix!" shouted by many voices, alerted by what he said.

he Markson family is dealing with a personal apocalypse when the world plunges into its own zombie infested one. Zoe is set to graduate high school in a few short weeks, but the celebration is bitter sweet. She comes home everyday to her mother being whittled away at by the cancer that is spreading through her body. Her friends stopped coming around after the diagnosis, and Zoe's only confidant is her brother, Carl, who has his own unique way of dealing with emotions. After school one-day things go from bad to worse. The dead are rising and the world is falling. Thankfully, the Markson family is prepared in weaponry and skill. Zoe sharpens her throwing knives, Carl pulls a banshee bat out of no where, her father polishes the guns, and her mother slows them down. This tale celebrates human frailty. Between the blood and guts there is family and sacrifices. There is evil and there is insanity. The past comes back to haunt, and the future looks bleak. But is there hope?

One man, who grew up as a blacksmith, after getting bored of his job, decided to seek adventure with his new found friend, but, he also discovers disgusting and out of the world looking enemies. He woke up one day with disturbing news. The last batch of fighters failed to kill the enormous monster living in the deep trenches of the world and it's up to them to kill it before it kills them and the rest of the world. Join their adventure as they meet success and get stronger. This story was inspired by Minecraft Story Mode, a game based on Minecraft but with a storyline. Terraria, a very excellent and great video game and one of the best games ever made. And JzBoyz, a YouTuber who animates stuff. Disclaimer, I do not own anything from Terraria. All rights reserved to their official owners. Some parts of the plot are made up and can't be seen in the actual game itself, it is to make it more realistic and it gives a better storyline.

This is the story about Goh, an immortal man from Yayoi-era Iwo Jima who is on a quest to solve a mystery behind the disguises from around the world. It's a mystery and action fan-fiction story based on the Masked Singer and Dancer Franchise. (Originally published in 2022.)

Inspired by SSB Melee and some extra time to play Nintendo GameCube during the pandemic, I wrote a space odyssey following some of my favorite Smash characters. Set in a dystopian style universe that evolved from the misdoings of mankind, the SSB Melee characters we know and love battle, travel and explore the vast expanse of space. [OC] Nintendo characters are not my own, but I wanted to give them a new story.

A world of dark sorcery-an age of sharpened bronze. Sabit lives by her wits and her spear. An ancient seat of justice has fallen to a parody of its former grandeur. Will Sabit find a place to thrive, or a place to die?

The days of Melee have come to an end and the new world of Brawl is upon the fighters! The trophies are ready to start anew, but there is a great evil that is coming over the horizon, one that even the Master Hand himself has never seen before. Trust between one another will be tested and, possibly, their love as well. But it is going to be hard to trust people when you and everyone else is suffering from memory loss.

Do you feel like you're better then people realise? Like. . . All you need is the right opportunity, then what you do will be revolutionary. Like you are extraordinary with no chance to prove it? Like a pilot with no plane. An astronaut with no spaceship. A captain with no boat. A blacksmith with no forge. A warrior. . . With no war to fight. Would you like to come to my world? It's much better for you then where you are now. Imagine being able to fight in a melee war. A sword battle. Glorious and primitive. Fighting for your life. Ending others. Something to give your life meaning. The competition works as each person starts off with ten poitns. For each enemy you kill, you gain another ten. However, if you kill someone who has one hundred points for example, you get one hundred points. At the end, when the only remaining people are all members of the same team, each point is transferred into one hundred dollars. In a competition where thousands of people play at once. . . There's lots of money in it. There are always five teams, however, due to the number of volunteers fluctuating. This year will have fifty soldiers in each team. My world is right for you. This competition is made for you. Those who have not found their purpose are welcome to join the fight. But who will you fight for? Will you fight amongst Team Silver, who value wealth above all else. Who kill for cash. Or, for Team Red, who fight simply for the love of it. Who fight purely for the thrill of the fight. Who kill for killing. Team Green fight for the opportunity to be a part of a unit. Something bigger then themselves. Who kill for camaraderie. The Blue Team, fight for the end goal. The glory. They fight to make a name for themselves. Who kill for credit. The Black Team, on the other hand, are not entirely sure what they hope to find in the competition. They just see something that they want in it. Who kill for curiosity. Follow James as he finds his way on the battlefield.

It's Pit's first year at the Brawl Event and isn't too sure what to expect. He is about to encounter a lot of feelings in his first year here.

This is a story about four travellers in their quest to become the greatest warriors there are. To fulfill this quest, they have to journey through many perilous locations, fight many monsters, and get the strongest weapons out there.
