This story is based in the universe of the American Police Drama, 'The Rookie', during (at the time of production) later in Season 8 (episode 2+) following the main narrative of the fandom based couple 'Chenford' starring Sergeant Lucy Chen and Sergeant Tim Bradford. As the Mid-Wilshire station is already hotwired with action packed drama and thickening plot lines, there is another anchor dropped onto the station, a new rookie. As a member of the Field Training Officer Program, Tim Bradford reluctantly agrees to Field Train this new Rookie. However, for this new rookie, he is going to experience the crazy adventures perceived through the Mid-Wilshire division of the Los Angeles Police Department.
