What if every song sung for Krishna carried a story within it? Mohan in Every Melody is a collection of one-shot stories inspired by bhajans, folk songs, and melodies devoted to the one who has been called by countless names-Krishna, Kanhaiya, Madhava, Shyam, Gopal, Mohan. Each chapter begins with a melody, but where it leads is never certain. One song may take us beneath the moonlit trees of Vrindavan, another into the grandeur of Dwarka, while another may find Krishna walking quietly through the modern world beside someone who needs him. The stories do not share a timeline. They share only Him. Sometimes he will be God. Sometimes a friend. Sometimes a mischievous companion. Sometimes the beloved for whom a heart has waited lifetimes. Some stories may follow the lyrics faithfully; others will search for the emotion hidden beneath them-longing, surrender, teasing, separation, faith, jealousy, companionship, and the strange intimacy between Krishna and those who love him. (This takes place where hawk met melodies) When they first met Meliodas thought she was weird and left her alone, till she started to follow him. Cute right? Wrong absolutely WRONG Not only did she stalk him, she also 'accidentally' paralyzed him (temporarily), stole his money, and bet his dragon sword in every competition to people who challenge her (witch she would deeply regret but never learn her lesson). Even through all of that they would hangout every now and then. Till one day she said a word that made him faint.

I hope these playlists of my fav songs will allow you to feel the emotions and atmosphere within some of my books and their aesthetic, for some the lyrics may relate, others not at all. Have you ever heard an instrumental piece of music, and just imagined a story along with it? Lots of musicians are guilty of this. Whether it be elaborate, or scattered, the story is still there. In this new book, I will pick apart some of my favorite pieces (and take requests) and give you MY interpretation of its story. **Please don't be offended if my opinion isn't close to yours. One Guitar. One Girl. Well one lonely girl. Her uplifting story of running away. After finally giving to her dream. To Be Free. This Comes from my head, I dream of running away to be free from everything, this is what I imagine my experiences in the wild to be like. Or at least what I want them to be.

This is a collection of poetry I've written in the past year on the blog, as well as some old relics revived from my angsty teenage years that I believe still hold a valid message today. But...a poem is much more than just a collection of rhymes and beautiful words. It's a string of thoughts, strung out to weave a deep thought process one could never put into direct language.
