Andromeda Rose has always been an outsider, menace to society in her thoughts due to her emotional detatchment. But she's always behaved well despite her impulses for wrong as she understands the logic of morals. Nobody she knows feels the same. People either succumb to their desires- and don't see the issue with it- or manage them well. But perhaps she's met another outsider.

Not every villain wanted to be the bad guy. Maria Green's life has been one disaster after another. First it was her abusive parents, then it was developing teleportation, then purposely orphaning herself which took her straight into DCFS custody. Well, maybe the teleportation wasn't so bad. After choosing to run away to escape a group home, Maria and her foster sisters find themselves homeless in New York. Things take a turn when they're caught by a boy they pickpocketed and are forced into a gang. Maria's got one job, keep herself alive and use her powers to help steal or she can die. Simple, right? Maybe not when a guy dressed like a cat decides to insert himself in your criminal activites. Trapped in a deadly fight between hero and villian, there is only one right side. The question is, can Maria figure out which one it is before its too late?

Lorsque j'étais petite, je voulais être une grande avocate. Moi, tout ce que je voulais c'était de vivre une vie paisible avec ma mère et ma petite sœur. Mais mon ingrat de père, qui a quitté le foyer familiale à mes 6 ans laissant derrière lui une femme et ses deux enfants, a décidé de mon destin tout seul. Pour mes 18 ans, je rejoins l'Académie Menyhood et fait la rencontre d'êtres surnaturels, un monde auquel j'appartiens désormais. Je vais devoir me plier à ces nouvelles règles, à ces obscures pouvoirs inconnus que je ne contrôle pas et qui inquiètent les membres de l'Académie. D'autant plus qu'une menace plane au-dessus de ces êtres à part entière des humains mais aussi au-dessus de ma mère et de ma petite sœur. Tourmentée par cette nouvelle vie, ces nouveaux amis, ces nouveaux ennemis, ces nouvelles aventures, vais-je réussir à faire les bons choix ? Ou serais-je la cause de notre extinction ?
