I got hit with inspiration... Again and so I went to Google, looked up "captain jack x doctor who"- grabbed a photo of jack and the doctor kissing and now I decide to write a fanfic..... This may or may not be published or even started but it's whatever. I needed to let out my idea lol so here ya go Update its published xd Originally was gonna be the 9th doctor but the way I wrote him kind of seems more like the 10th doctor..
