He held a worn polaroid in his hands and gently outlined the date that he never wanted to forget with his fingers. Was that day so magical? He could hear the ocean waves beating against the small pebbles of the beach and felt the fast and heavy beating of both of their hearts. He felt full, he felt loved and cared for. He felt safe and sound when icy arms wrapped around his waist, when warm lips pressed against a prickly cheek. Because the scariest part of love is that you are absolutely vulnerable to your dearest, and the person who makes your heart beat is the one who can make it go through such torments and agony that are tens and hundreds of times greater than all the happy moments that you have lived together. "Oh, love isn't there to make us happy. I believe it exists to show us how much we can endure." Hermann Hesse, "Peter Camenzind" this story is co writen with @FacelessFigure, and the cover is made by her < 3

Notes from the Basement (a tribute to Dostoevsky) is a chilling psychological journey into the depths of resentment, betrayal, and suppressed rage. Told from the confines of a prison cell, this dark monologue explores the fractured relationship between two brothers one a global star, the other a forgotten shadow. With a voice raw, reflective, and hauntingly honest, the narrator guides us through a lifetime of humiliation and emotional torment that leads to a shocking conclusion. This is not a story about justice. It's not even about revenge. It's about truth the kind we bury, the kind we deny, and the kind that, once unearthed, refuses to be silenced

"The other side Nico! We will see you there. Understand?" Nico's eyes widened. "But-" "Lead them there!" Percy shouted. "Promise me!" „I-, I will." Nico watched in horror how Percy promised Annabeth to always stay together, to never be apart again. Then, Percy let go and he and Annabeth fell down. All around, he could hear the others shouting and running to help. All too late, Percy and Annabeth were gone. Suddenly, Nico heard another sound. A strange crackling was increasingly more and more prominent, until it drowned the voices of the remaining five. Before he realized what was happening, the ground beneath his torso was crumbling away, larger and larger pieces were disappearing in the hungry darkness below. Nico did not have time to react. The next thing he knew, he was falling too. OR Three demigods fall into Tartarus after finding the statue of Athena Parthenos. For better or worse, it is not the first time for Nico. This fic will contain themes and mentions that may be triggering, please read the warnings and tags I used and proceed at you own discretion. English is not my first language so I apologise in advance for any mistakes. This is my first work in this fandom and I am not done reading all the books in the Percy Jackson universe so I would like to ask for your understanding in case I got anything wrong. I do not own any characters I have used in my story, this is purely a work of fan fiction. Hope you will enjoy reading :) Credits to the cover goes to respective artists.

Dean has a knee-jerk reaction to seeing an angel almost get put down at a hunter's market, and thirty minutes later, he's in the Impala with Sam and a supernatural creature that wants to tear their jugulars out with his teeth. Sam seriously doubts they can handle the task his brother has taken on, but he's doing his best to be supportive. Castiel wants blood. He wants to rip every human that crosses his path into pieces, and he wants these two humans in particular to stop lying and trying to trick him with false niceties and so-called kindness. He's not going to fall for it; he's not stupid or weak. What he will do, however, is find a way to escape captivity. And, of course, brutally kill them before he leaves their underground bunker behind.
