Anxiety is the most common mental illness worldwide, but how come people aren't aware of the ins and outs of anxiety and the impact it has on a daily basis. This book will help readers to understand how a panic attack develops and shares the experiences of a disorder like this of present day. Mainly to reduce the stigma around mental illness and to improve support to those in need.
