There were a few hours. I didn't know what had happened between them and I felt different. You would think seventeen years could compensate for four hours lost. Natalie thought that. She thought that who she had become is marked by her seventeen years but those four hours had changed her world and who she was drastically.

I write for the one percent of the population who is like me, so they may feel that they're not alone, and perhaps this will do the same for me. Max is a young boy who struggles with self-harm or used to as he thought. He had quit for good, at least that's what he told his mom. One day he wakes up lying on the bathroom floor with his wrists no longer clean, but he doesn't remember what happened. See what max's experiences in a mental hospital are like and his thought process as he tries to remember the night that led up to the worst day of his life. Also, I just realized I drafted this a long time ago, so yes we both have the same name. I am trans and personally, I forgot I named my character Max because I wrote this so long ago. Sorry if there is any confusion this is my bad.
