A short story about a girl that has a fear of overcoming her social anxiety.

Take a daily walk with me through the life and mind of a bipolar person. I'm going to be raw, real and truthful. This is part journal, part prepping for a book. My goal is to raise awareness for mental illness as well as to cope my own self. Once you are diagnosed, you question your entire life, your decisions, all life events. I want to reach others with the illness as well as have others see we aren't all monsters. Some of us are highly creative, good, intelligent.... please enjoy and interact. Questions are welcome.

I am Alex. I've walked through life carrying storms invisible to most, storms made of panic attacks, blackouts, depression, and anxiety that grips my every breath. This is going to be a story that's most likely going to be the points of life from someone with mental illness. It will follow four different different people through a five year stint and it will highlight how each illness affects the person state of mind and the way they view life.
