This book is about my experiences battling depression and anxiety in my every day life. It's my story of how I fell apart at the beginning of 2020 with no idea of what was happening, then I got diagnosed with severe depression and I had to start taking antidepressants and going for therapy. I share my experiences with therapy, how it helped me put things into perspective and connect the dots. I'm not in anyway an expert in Mental health nor do I try to give answers or advice on anything. This is just to inspire and create awareness on mental health and its issues.

This is a story about the struggles that some high schoolers go through. The pain of stress- the pain of coming out- the pain of depression- and any other mental issue that I am able to fit in. Possibly even a few LGBT+ things. This story starts out with the people you would assume to be the most perfect people in school. But really, you don't know them at all. This also shows how lives can intertwine and separate, just like that. One minute you're the closest you've ever been, the next you don't know them at all.

A nameless person, going by the pronouns 'she' and 'her', is currently living her life during the peak of COVID-19. She's at home, trapped and unable to escape this lockdown, until one day, she finally breaks through the front door and goes mental. This story reflects what many of us went through during the peak of COVID-19. With this, the reader can put themselves in "her" shoes and relate to the universal experiences of the psychological and physiological effects of how COVID-19 had impacted our lives.
