As Jane walked abandoned on the empty streets of Sacramento, he thought about the woman he loved, admired and wanted to share the rest of his life with. He walked over to the restaurant Pike and Lisbon were dining to confess his love to her and nobody would stand in his way, well.. except for Marcus Pike. But he didn't care anymore. He was done with everything, his pain, the stabbing feeling of bitterness he'd felt everyday of his life. Yes, Patrick Jane was done. The CBI team has some very tough cases, but for Jane and Lisbon, it's hard to focus. In a moment of sheer panic, while trapped in Lisbon's car rocks from an avalanche, they kissed. Alright, this isn't the best description ever. If anyone could read the story and think of a better description, it would be much appreciated.
