Entering school I saw a crowed gathering in one of the halls. Walking over, Andy was being slammed against the lockers by Aaron. “Oi!” I yelled walking up. Aaron backed off with a look of terror. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing!?” I yelled getting right up in his face. “N-nothing. Man, I didn’t know you knew him” Aaron stuttered. Staring him dead in the eye, without warning I punched him in the jaw. “Don’t call me mate” I told him before grabbing Andy and dragging him off. “You’re lucky everyone’s shit scared of me” I chuckled to the sad boy who stared down at the ground. I've been thinking and I'm tired of seeing those boring over the top books on "how to beat depression" so this is a book on my tips, tricks and ideas that made ME better so I hope they can help you too. Please remember it does get better no matter how cheesy that sounds and how many times you've read that and thought "yeah for everyone but me" because I've been there and I want to teach you how to get out! ❤️
