Kellin Quinn is a 24 year old boy who just received his degree in teaching. Kellin assumes that they are children seeing as he's never seen an adult that struggles with those problems. When he arrives on his first day, he is surprised to see a grown man in there: Vic Fuentes. Vic is 28 with the learning abilities of a third grader. He loves art and he hates interaction with others. Kellin takes immediate interest because he had never seen an adult that struggles with things the way that Vic does. Vic grows attached to Kellin, an attachment that surprises everyone considering they didn't think he could properly grasp the concept of feelings. Kellin grows attached to Vic, too, mainly due to Vic's mysterious personality.
