Yea it is said to have to make the best of the situation you are thrown in , but it is okay to be confused, vary and not sure of your next step. Because that is what life is, an unpredictable bitch which no one can outsmart.

Delilah starts seeing things, hearing voices, she has no idea where they are coming from or why they are coming for her. She soon find out, she has the ability to travel inside her head. Is there a method to the madness? Is this all in her head or is there really something more going on?

My mind never stops. It spins, spirals, questions everything every word, every action, every silence. I overthink conversations that happened days ago and replay moments that didn't even matter. I'm stuck in a loop of "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios... and I'm tired. This isn't just a story it's my truth. This book is my way out of the storm inside my head. It's a raw, honest journey through the chaos of overthinking, the weight of anxiety, and the desire to finally find peace. I'm learning to let go, one page at a time.
