When it comes to living the life we all want to live, that life we dreamed of living for many years, our life doesn't end up like we had expected. But at some point we do find ourselves accepting and respecting that it's what we needed but will add the things we want just it went on a different path in which we didn't have planned in our dreams. Though because of this, it can be hard to accept how our life has gone and sometimes find ourselves losing hope for the things we want because we even find ourselves losing sight of our true selves due to being all caught up with becoming all the expectations and standards in which society wants us to be and how to live our lives so that we can then be accepted by them, to be validated. But we shouldn't give them any right or the power to go down that road just to be validated and accepted, we should instead focus on all that we want to be as a human being, achieve all that we want with our life by creating that life. The best way to predict the future is to create it!

Mental health is so important. It's also important to have the education and knowledge so we can let mental health impact our lives in many ways overall all aspects and areas of our lives. I guarantee you that if we let it do its magic in our lives, we will see our lives improving in ways we never imagined possible. With the methods, mindsets, lifestyles we all live and follow in our own individual lives, it's no lie that they have become quite unhealthy, unethical in different ways, as well as unsuccessful for the things and outcomes we expect in result. So what I'm saying here is that educating ourselves on mental health and mental illness (including addictions), we are then able to actually receive the results we want due to a change in mindset, thinking, lifestyle and every aspect of one's life; the right, healthy, logical, ethical, smart, and positive method that is proven to be more successful as long as we let it have its impact and it's job in our own lives! So therefore, I believe that psychology can change the world and by that I also mean fix the world and the future as long as we let it. We must allow ourselves to feel uncomfortable by stepping out of our comfort zone for change to happen. Because no change happens in a comfort zone, as for no actions of challenging ourselves, only remaining where and what we are. Being uncomfortable is one of the ingredients when it comes to letting and allowing change to happen in our lives including with ourselves! It also involves taking some risks and chances as much as experiencing moments in life that we do not like but have to accept and let life do its magic so it can in time, change us for the better. And so I've created this book to help educate, encourage, inspire all of you of the importance of mental health as all the little yet important subtopics of the subject so we all can let mental health feel welcome as well as being an important yet shameless part of our society and our world as a whole!

When it comes to the heart, it can be hard to identify and know for sure with confidence that what we want by what we are feeling is correct in any logic. Any logic when it comes to the method or strategy of times when we follow our emotions and others with logic. Emotional intelligence fits in as well as other kinds of intelligence, knowledge and education to be more in control of our choices and decisions we make in our busy lives.

Every time that I wake up in the middle of the night, in cold sweat, wondering if what I did to save myself was the right thing to do or not, I remind myself that had I not done it, there would be 12 blood-covered photos instead of 11 and twelve dead bodies instead of ELEVEN. We often find ourselves talking about the people who leave us, hating them because they refused to love us. But my story is about the ones who refuse to leave even when asked to, who hold us captive with their love, against our will. A story of abuse, torture, blood and gore all simply christened as 'a father's love'.

It's our time to work on our own projects and our research to help move that project further along with making mental health part of the change in students education.

Mental illness is everywhere in our society whether those in society who refuse to accept and respect that. And being that the brain is what keeps the rest of the human body functioning properly. If it weren't for the brain, we wouldn't exist. So therefore, it would make enough sense to take care of the brain like we all should be, regardless of whether we live with a mental illness or not. So we should go to the library and do our research on Psychology, the brain and mental illness to learn about how to care for the brain as well as learning how to care for those we surround ourselves with who live with mental illness. ‪What didn't kill us, made us stronger! #scars @ToveLo #MentalHealthMatters #BellLetsTalk
