Zeke Oveington is a 14 year old that has always wanted to relax and go with the flow, but somehow problem after problem manages to find him. Whether it be drama with his friends or fighting between his parents, it NEVER ends! So when he gets invited to go on a "relaxing" getaway at a resort in Bora Bora by his school's principal for a club...well let's just say he is in for the ride of a lifetime. Angela Lopez and Tim Bradford are best friends and step siblings, but they could not be any more different. While Tim's only concern is soccer, Angela wants to enjoy herself during her senior year of high school off of the soccer pitch. The new transfer student, Wesley Evers, shows interest in her immediately, and she would love to explore their connection further, but her stepdad has strictly forbidden her from dating in high school...unless Tim dates, too. The problem: absolutely no one is interested in dating him due to his gruff and grumpy demeanor. All hope of Wes and Angela being together seems lost until a plan is hatched to get Tim to date the nicest girl in school that he has absolutely nothing in common with aside from laser focus on her own goals: Lucy Chen.
