This is basically my Kidge parent story that I've been working on and decided to put it on here. Keith Kogane and Katie "Pidge" Holt have been married for about five years now, together for six in total, and despite the fact that they both really want kids, that hasn't worked out for them, it's not for a lack of trying though. They both are content with "parenting" Kosmo, and Katie's nephew Oliver whenever he's staying over at their house or they pick him up from school. This is about them finally getting the chance to be parents when Katie meets a little boy while out getting groceries, and after taking him in for what's supposed to be one night while a placement is found for him, they bond with him so quickly and he trusts them more than he's trusted anyone before, that neither of them want him to leave.

One rainy night while Tony Stark is out, he comes across a 15 month old boy named Peter Parker, whose is injured and very weak. He immediately takes the young boy to the hospital where he is treated, with no one claiming to be the parents of Peter. He is placed under Tony's guardianship temporarily until any remaining family members or someone decides to take him in.
