Merasmus knew that the day that Jane spoke about her, he would have to let go of him. Despite the same thing always being repeated in his lifetime. It's getting sickening, why does Jane keep coming back to him? A Merasmus/Jane/Zhanna story. Got inspired by a roleplay that me and my friend did not too long ago and by Billy Talent, the song is called "Rusted From The Rain". [WARNING! Not a very happy story, with not a very happy ending either.. Character/s death is included. And I do not own the beautiful art of Merasmus. Oh and don't forget about spoilers, if you haven't read the comics.]

What was supposed to be a nice day of relaxation where the nine mercenaries of Mann Co are having a vacation, who has ruined it more than Merasmus who appears out of nowhere, interrupt their vacation and make all the mercenaries get sucked into portal that the wizard has made. Now not of their world where the government is corrupt and everyone just can't chill over by wasting time being edgy and dark and all, will these nine mercenaries, alongside helping an organisation of assassins called Night Raid, be able to return to their world while also helping them with toppling the corrupt government? Well, despite strange premise alone, it is just another day for mercenaries like them.
