Assalamu alaikum, As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, we should remind ourselves of the importance of dua during this holy month. Allah ﷻ says in the Quran: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided." (Quran 2:186) This verse is a beautiful reminder that Allah ﷻ is always close to us, and He hears our prayers and supplications. Ramadan is a month of increased blessings and rewards, and it is the perfect time to increase our dua and ask for forgiveness, guidance, and blessings from Allah ﷻ. This book contains Qur'anic duas for a blissful Ramadan that will help you deepen your connection with Allah ﷻ and make the most of this holy month. "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy" Matthew 5:7 (KJV).

It begins with palm branches and praise. Jesus enters Jerusalem, hailed as a king. But behind the cheers, shadows fall. Peter believes he'll never falter. John clings to hope. Mary Magdalene, once shattered and now healed, can't shake a rising dread. And Jesus-Jesus knows. Every step forward is one closer to the cross. Through the days that follow, He teaches, challenges, and comforts. He washes feet and breaks bread. He prays alone in the garden. He is betrayed, arrested, beaten, and crucified. Mary watches her son die. Mary Magdalene stands in heartbreak. Veronica offers a simple act of kindness that history will never forget. Peter breaks under the weight of his denial. And Jesus-silent, suffering, still loves them all. But death isn't the end. On Easter morning, the stone is rolled away. Mary Magdalene sees Him first. Peter and John race to the tomb. And the sorrow in Mary's heart is transformed into joy. This is the story of Holy Week through the eyes of those who walked beside Him. The broken, the brave, and the one who gave everything. From palms to the empty tomb... Love has triumphed.

This is a personal story that I wrote about a case of tragedy that had happened in my time in Egypt. But I came to an epiphany that made me realise more in my faith in Islam.

Just thoughts about Jesus!

One dream, one life, one heart. Flustered by what happened, confused about why everyone's keeping secrets from her. The incident ruined her life. Now she's trying to piece things back together with the help of her friends and family. However, it's proving hard to be that person again. She's lost and unhappy. But she's trying to hold on to what matters. Her life. Prominently, she tries to get out of sticky situations by running. Running from the truth and running from her past.

I see him reach out for the quran. He starts to read and tears fall down. He stands up to start his day with a bismillah he says everday. Bismillah he said when he spoke into the mic. "My brothers and sisters in islam.." he spoke. As he went on he stopped at a point. He cried on the spot. He just couldn't recite. He finally stopped and recited an ayah. "Do the people think they will be left to say, 'We Believe' and they will not be tried?" And he continued. "My dear brothers and sisters in islam." He remembered his mother. She was his noor, Light, First love, Pathway And well, mother.

After that day we never saw uncle Andries again. It was sad, but people forget quickly and Uncle Andries was just a legend. The good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37)

I used to be homeless and on drugs. Screaming at people thinking everyone was against me. It got so bad that people would completely ignore me. When you're homeless and in the streets ( and it shows ) people aren't flocking to talk to you. So as a result I was not only homeless and on drugs but hadn't had a decent conversation with anyone in years... except God. I found myself speaking and having full blown conversation out loud with him... this just me look even more odd. The few times when my clarity would return for a short moment I would take the time write my feelings... This is the first letter/Poem I wrote to God. To him, I am so grateful.
